Inihaw Na Pusit roasted squid with a sweet spicy sauce Ingredients: 1000 gr squid 125 ml honey 125 gr palmsugar 4 tbsp kecap asin 4 tbsp kecap manis 125 ml rice vinegar 6 cloves garlic 3 cm jahe (ginger) 1 tsp salt Preperation/method: Slice the garlic and the lombok fine and chop the jahe fine. Clean the squid and remove the skin, the inksack and the hard bone. Mix all ingredients well and let it marinate for at least 90 minutes. Roast the squid for 10 minutes above a charcoal fire. Heat the remaining marinate and serve it with the squid as a sauce. |
