fried chicken in a sweet-sour sauce with pineapple

450 gr chicken breast
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tbsp corn starch
4 cloves garlic
1 small cucumber
1 carrot
400 gr fresh pineapple
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp kecap ikan (fish sauce)
200 ml water

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat, the cucumber, the carrot and the pineapple into cubes. Slice the garlic fine. Make a batter of the water, the tapioca, t tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Mix in the meat. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat golden brown and crispy.
