Iga Babi Panggang Glazed pork chops
Bahan-bahan: Ingredients: 2000 gr spare ribs bahan-bahan marinade: 1 tbps sesame oil 1 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 tbsp honey 125 ml rice wine or sherry 1 tbsp kecap manis 1 tbsp kecap asin 1 tsp five-spice powder/mixture 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper Cara membuat: Preparation/method: Mix the ingredients for the marinade well and marinade the meat with it for at least 12 hours. Roast the meat slowly for 45 minutes above a charcoalfire until brown and done and baste it regulary with the marinade. Or in an oven at 200°C.
