Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr cassava
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
4 cloves garlic
4 tbsp water
oil

Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Pound or grind the garlic fine. Slice the cassave into 6 cm long thick strips. Steam the cassava until done and let it cool down. Mix the water with the salt, the ketumbar and the garlic and marinade the cassave with it. Let it rest for at least 40 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the cassava golden brown.
