Babat Goreng fried tripe Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 500 gr beef tripe 1000 ml water 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp ketumbar (coriander) 1/2 tsp salt 4 tbsp kecap manis (dark sweet soy sauce) oil Cara membuat; preperation/method: Clean the beef tribe. Heat in a pan the water and add the tripe and cook it for 1 hour. Drain and cut the tripe in large pieces. Pound or grind the garlic, the ketumbar and the salt into a paste. Mix the paste with the tripe and let in rest for at least 45 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and stir fry the tripe for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the kecap ont top and serve
