Acar Sayuran Kuning
sweet/sour vegetables

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr green cabbage
1 cucumber
5 candlenuts
50 gr beansprouts
13 shallots
6 cloves garlic
2 red lomboks
2 green lomboks
11 red rawits
75 ml vinegar
5 cm kunyit (turmaric)
5 cm ginger
2 cm laos (galangal)
1 lemon grass
2 salam leaves
salt to taste
1 tsp mustard
150 ml water
2 tsp palmsugar
2 tbsp oil

preperation/method:

Pound or grind the garlic, the ginger, the kunyit, the candle nuts and the laos fine into a pasta. Cut the shallot and the cabbage into strips. Deseed the cucumber and cut it into small cubes. Deseed the lomboks an cut them into thin strips.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste for 2 minutes. Add the salam, the lemongrass, the mustard, the vinegar and the water. Add the remaining ingredienst when it starts to boil and cook it half done. Let it xool down and remove the lemongrass and the salam.
