Roti Maryam flat bread from Surabaya bahan-bahan; ingredients: 500 gr flour (bread) 2 eggs 2 tsp salt 125 gr butter 150 ml water oil Cara membuat: preperation/method; Beat the eggs with the salt. Knead the flour with 25 gr butter and the egg mixture into a dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for at least 6 hours. Divide the dough into 15 portions. Roll a portion of the dough out into a thin noodle. Form a rolled up circle and flatten it. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the roti golden brown.
