Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr minced pork
200 gr minced prawns
250 gr tapioca flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 spring onion
6 shi take mushrooms
1 tsp sesame oil
kulit pansit / won ton wrappers

Cara membuat:

Slice the spring onion and the mushrooms fine. Mix the meat, the prawns, the tapioca, the salt, the pepper, the spring onion, the mushrooms and the sesame oil well together. Put some of the mixture on a kulit pangsti wrapper and fold it together. Steam the siomay for 30 minutes until done.
