fried balls of red soya beans

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
100 gr red soya beans
50 gr tapioca flour
2 tbsp grated coconut
1 tsp ketumbar 
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
salt to taste
water
oil

Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Cook the beans in the water until soft. Drain and let it cool down. Roast the grated coconut dry in a skillet until golden brown. Pound or grind all ingredients into a paste/mixture. From small balls from the mixture. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the balls crispy.
