Asin Ikan Mas carp in a spicy sauce Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 750 gr carp (ikan mas) 1 tsp pepper 1 tbsp asem (tamarind) 200 ml water 3 sereh (lemongrass), crushed Haluskan: bumbu: 7 kemiri (candle)nuts 6 shallots 4 cloves garlic 4 cm jahe (ginger) 4 cm kunyit (curcuma) 4 cm laos (galangal) Cara membuat: preperation/method: Rub the fish in with the salt and the pepper. Mix the asem with the water. Poun d or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the asemwater and add the sereh and the bumbu. When it starts to boil then add the fish and let it simmer slowly for 20 minutes until the fish is cooked.
