Sambal Goreng Ikan Bilis
small dried anchovies with peanuts

300 gr ikan bilis (dried anchovies)
100 gr peanuts
1 tsp vinegar
salt to taste
sugar to taste
20 red rawits
3 cloves garlic
10 red shallots

Cara membuat:
Slice the shallots, the garlic and the rawits fine. Heat in a wok 2 tbsp oil and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add the vinegar, the salt and and the sugar. Add the ikan bilis and the peanuts and fry it until done.
