Talam Ubi Kayu - sweet cassave with cocos filling

500 gr grated cassave
200 gr palmsugar
1/4 coconut, grated
1/2 tsp vanilla
100 gr sag flour
150 ml water
200 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
4 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp salt
Mix the cassave with the palmsugar, the cocos, the vanilla, the sago and the water and stir it until the sugar is dissolved and a batter is formed. Grease a cake form with the butter and pour in the mixture. Steam it for 10 minutes.
Mix the santen asli with the riceflour and the salt and pour it on top of the cassave mixture. Steam it for 30 minutes until done. Let it cool down before serving.
