Sambal Badjak Djago fried sambal Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 11 red lomboks (large chilies) 3 onions 4 cloves garlic 3 tsp trassi (shrimp paste) 2 salam leaves 4 cm laos (galangal), bruised 1 lemongrass, bruised 10 candlenuts 200 ml oil Cara membuat: preperation/method: Pound or grind the candlenuts, the onions, the garlic, the lomboks and the trassi into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the ingredients slowly until the oil has been absorbed
