Sambal Cumi a sambal made of squid Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 250 gr squid 250 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk) 1 tbsp lime squash 1 tomato 1 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaf 1 salam leaf 2 tbsp oil Haluskan: bumbu: 6 shallots 4 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp trasi bakar (roasted shrimp paste) 1 tsp palmsugar (gula jawa) 1 tsp salt 1 red rawit 1/2 sereh (lemongrass) Cara membuat: preperation/method: Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Clean the squid and cut it fine and chop the tomato fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Add the tomato, the jeruk purut and the salam and fry it for 1 minute. Add the squid, the santen and the lime squash and let it simmer slowly until it has thickened.
