Sambal Babi spicy pork cooked in coconut milk Bahan-bahan: ingredients: 750 gr pork belly 350 ml santen (cocnut milk) 1 sereh (lemongrass) 5 cm laos (galangal) 6 cm jahe (ginger) 3 shallots 5 cloves garlic 9 red rawits 1 tsp trasi (shrimp paste) 1 tsp ketumbar (coriander) 1 tsp jinten (cumin) 2 tsp gula jawa (palmsugar) 1 tsp salt Cara membuat: preperation/method: Slice the pork belly into small cubes. Slice the shallots and the garlic fine. Pound or grind the laos, the jahe and the rawits fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the santen and add all ingredients. Let it simmer slowly and stirr continuesly until all liquids have evaporated. Let it cool down before serving.
