pumpkin cooked in coconut milk

Ingredients:
250 ml water
1/2 tsp salt
500 gr pumpkin
4 tbsp palmsugar
125 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)

preperation/method:
Peel and deseed the pumpkin. slice the pum[kin julienne. Heat in a pan the water and the santen. add the salt and the palmsugar. Then add the pumpkin and let it cook slowly until the pumpkin is cooked.
