Kai-Gieuw Mu Sap
Minced meat omelette


Ingredients:
3 eggs
75 gr (lamd) minced meat
2 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp palmsugar
12 coriander leaves
1 spring onion
2 red lomboks
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil

Preperation/method:
Chop the coriander leaves, the spring onion and the lomboks fine. Beat the eggs and minx all ingredients well. Heat in a skillet the oil and fry the omelette on both sides golden brown.
