Khao Phad Ka-phrao fried rice with chicken and basil Ingredients: 150 gr chicken filet 600 gr cooked rice 4 cloves garlic 7 red rawits 2 sprigs thai basil 1 tsp palmsugar 1 tbsp kecap manis 1 tbsp fishsauce 2 tbsp oil Preparation/method: Slice the meat into stip strips. Slice the garlic and the rawits fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and the rawits and fry it for 1 minute more. Add the palmsugar and the rice and fry it for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the kecap, the fishsauce and the basil leaves and fry it for 2 minutes more, then serve.
