Plamuk Pad Namprik Pao Squid in chili oil
Ingredients: 225 gr squid 1 shalot 2 spring onions 1 tbsp namprik pao (see recipe) 1 tbsp kecap asin 3 tbsp oil
Preparation/method: Cut the squid into pieces. Slice the shallot fine and cut the green of the spring onions in pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the squid and the shallot. Add the namprik pao, the kecap and the spring onions and fry it on a hot fire until done.
