Phad Thua Ngok Sauteed Beansprouts (2 pp) Ingredients: 50 gr beansprouts 75 gr tofu/tahu 4 cloves garlic 1 tbsp white soy sauce 1/2 tsp cane sugar 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp vegetable oil Preparation/method: Slice the tofu in small pieces and the garlic very fine. Heat in a wok the oil and saute the garlic. Add then the tofu and stir-fry it for 2 minutes. Then add the soy sauce, the oyster sauce and the sugar and stir. Add the beansprouts an stir-fry it until done. Beansprouts should look white and fresh!
