Sate Aci (Sukabumi)
satay of tapioca with peanut sauce
Bahan bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr tapioca flour
50 grams of flour
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
1 spring onion
200ml hot water
sate skewers
Bahan bumbu kacang:
peanut sauce ingredients:
2 red lomboks
2 cloves of garlic
2 spring onion
3 tbsp peanuts
2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Chop the garlic and spring onion very finely. Then mix all the ingredients well and knead it into to a homogeneous mass. Then roll it into a thick slice / bars. Then steam it for 30 minutes. Cut it into pieces and thread it onto the skewers.
For the sauce, finely chop the lomboks, garlic and spring onion. Finely chop the peanuts. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the lomboks, garlic and spring onion for 3 minutes. Then add the peanuts, the kecap, the palm sugar and the salt and fry for another 3 minutes and stir it into to a homogeneous sauce.
Drizzle the sauce over the sate and let it marinate for 20 minutes and serve.
