Talam Ebi
dried shrimp cakes
Bahan-bahan cake:

250 gr rice flour
1 tbsp palmsugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
800 ml santen cair (thin coconut milk)
1 tbsp oil
250 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
2 tbsp rice flour
½ tsp salt
Bahan-bahan filling:
ingredients:
1 tsp oil
75 gr ebi (dried shrimps)
5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp palmsugar
½ tsp salt
1/8 stalk celery
2 red lomboks
Cara membuat:
praparation/method:
Heat 400 ml santen asli lukewarm and boil the remaining santen cair. Mix the flour with the sugar, the salt and the pepper. Mix in de warm santen followed by the boiling santen. Brush a bakning tray with the oil and pour in the batter. Steam the batter for 10 minutes. Mix the santen asli with the flour and the salt and pour it ont top of the other mixture and steam it for 45 minutes.
Slice the garlic and the lomboks fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic and the lomboks for 3 minutes. Heat a skillet and fry the ebi dry for 2 minutes and pound it fine. Slic the celery fine. Mix all ingredients an ssprinkle it on top of the talam. Slice the talam in parts and serve.
