sambal liver (relish)

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr chicken liver
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp asem / tamarinde
1 tsp sugar
2 kaffir lime / jerut purut leaves
125 ml coconut milk
salt to taste

Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 shallots
1 clove garlic
4 cm laos
1 lemon grass
2 red lomboks (large chilies)

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the liver, the asem and the sugar and fry this for 5 minutes. Then add the jerut purut and the coconut milk and let it simmer until the liver is done and the saus has thickened.
