Bahan-Bahan;
ingredients:
200 g young coconut, grated lengthwise
75 gr salted ikan gabus, otherwise trout
11 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
3 cloves of garlic
4 shallots
2 celery stalks (small)
5 jeruk purut leaves
1/2 tsp salt
!/2 tsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Shred the fish meat. Finely chop the keriting and celery. Finely chop the jeruk purut leaves. Pound or grind the shallots and garlic into a paste.
Mix all ingredients together well. Heat a pan and fry the ingredients over low heat until golden brown. Serve.
