Cah Topacai
spicy stewed with beef
Bahan-Bahan;
ingredients:
200 g topocai
1/2 onion
3 cloves of garlic
3 dried lomboks
1/2 red bell pepper
100 gr beef/tenderloin
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
50 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:

Cut the onion lengthwise into thin strips. Cut the garlic into thin slices and the lomboks into pieces. Cut the bell pepper into pieces and the meat into thin strips.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, garlic and lomboks for 2 minutes. Then add the bell pepper and fry until soft. Then add the meat and fry until it changes color.
Then add the topocai and mix well. Then add the oyster sauce, the pepper, the palm sugar and the salt and mix well.
Then add the water and cook until done and until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
