Sayur Hijau Siram Kuah Kacang

Bahan-Bahan;
ingredients:
200 gr kangkung
100 gr long beans
100 gr bayam/wild spinach
1 bunch of kemangi
1 tofu/tahu
oil
water

Haluskan:
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri/candlenuts

Bahan saus:
sauce ingredients:
100 gr peanuts
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp palm sugar
300 ml of water
1 tbsp oil

Taburan:
garnish:
1 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the kangkung, the long beans, the bayam into pieces. Cut the tahu into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Pound or grind the peanuts.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tahu until golden brown and set aside. Heat the water in a pan and blanch the vegetables for 3 minutes and drain. Mix the vegetables, kemangi and tahu well.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the peanuts, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and bring to a boil.
Spoon the sauce over the vegetables and sprinkle the bawang goreng on top. Serve.
