Oseng Tempe Udang
fried tempe with shrimp

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
350 gr tempe
1 salam leaf
150 gr udang peci / Macrobrachium rosenbergii / shrimps, peeled
1 tsp terasi / trasi
2 tbsp kecap manis
50 ml of water
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
5 green cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
1 tomato
3 cm lengkuas / galangal

Cara membuat:
preparation;
Cut the tempe into cubes. Cut the ingredients for the bumbu into thin slices. Finely pound the terasi.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tempe brown and set aside. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam for 5 minutes. Then add the shrimp and fry until they change color.
Then mix in the terasi, kecap, water and tempe and fry while stirring until the sauce thickens. Serve.
