eggs in sauce


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
8 eggs
3 shallots
5 cloves garlic
200 ml coconut milk
1 tsp asem (tamarinde)
2 tbsp water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 red lomboks (spanish chilies)
1 tsp salt
3 cm kunyit (turmeric)

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Slice the shallots and the garlic fine and mix with the bumbu. Mix the asem with the water. Boil the eggs soft in water. Heat in a wok the coconut milk and mix in the bumbu and asem water. Add the peeled soft boiled eggs and cook gently until the sauce thickens.
