Kluey Cheuam
bananas with coconutsauce
Ingredients:
6 bananas
400 ml water
350 gr grated palmsugar
125 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
salt to taste
Preperation/method:
Heat in a pan the water with the palmsugar and boil it for 5 minutes. Heat in a pan the santen with the salt and let it simmer slowly untul the sauce has thickened. Split the bananas lenghtwise and add it to the sugarwater and let it cook slowly for 5 minutes. Then drain and pour the coconutsauce on top and serve.
