Pad Ped Mu
fried pork with vegetables
Ingredients:
500 gr belly pork / fat pork
500 gr snake beans / long beans
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
3 tbsp red curry paste (see recipe)
3 tbsp fish sauce (nam pla)
1 tbsp nam prik pao (see recipe)
5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp palmsugar
4 red rawits (small chilies)
1 tsp black pepper
preperation/method:
Cut the meat into small pieces. Cut the snakebeans into 1 cm long pieces. Slice the bell peppers, the garlic and the rawits fine.
Heat a wok and add the meat and fry it brown and the fat crispy. Then add the curry paste and mix it. Add the nam pla, the nam prik pao, the garlic, the palmsugar and the pepper and fry it for 2 minutes. Add the bell peppers and the snake beans and fry it for 1 minute.
