Fried minced pork with chilli
Ingredients:
400 gr minced pork
3 red lomboks
2 tbsp dried chilli flakes
5 jeruk purut /kaffir lime leaves
7 sprigs koriander
1 sprin onion
4 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp toasted rice
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp water
garnish:
mint leaves
Preperation/method:
Slice the spring onion, the koriander and the jeruk purut leaves fine. Heat a wok and add the meat and fry it with the jeruk purut, the spring onion, the lomboks and the koriander. Add the remaining ingredients and fry the meat until done. Garnich it with the mint and serve.
