Pink Tub Gai
roasted chicken livers
Ingredients:
300 gr chicken livers
4 cloves garlic
3 coriander roots
1 tbsp kecap asin (light soy sauce)
1/2 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
1 tsp blak peppercorns
wooden skewers
Preperation/method:
Pound the garlic, the peppercorns and teh coriander roots fine into a paste. Mix the paste with the remaining ingredients and let it rest for a few hours. Put the livers on the skewers and roast them one a charcoal fire until brown and done.
