Gai Pad Johd
chicken with babycorn
Ingrediënts:
500 gr chicken fillets
400 gr babycorn
3 spring onions
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp fish sauce (nam pla)
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cane sugar
Marinade:
1 tbsp fish sauce (nam pla)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oil
Preperation/Method;
Slice the chicken in thin strips and marinade it with the mixed ingredients for the marinade for 15 minutes. Halve the corn lenghtwise and cut the spring onions in 3 cm long pieces. Chop the garlic cloves fine.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic until golden and then add the chicke,. Fry the chicken until its tender and golgen brown. Add the spring onions and the corn and stir fry it for 2 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir fry until cooked.
