200 gr chickenbrest
1 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp palmsugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sesame seeds
10 cm jahe (ginger

Sl;ice the meat into cubes and mix it with the kecap, the palmsugar and the pepper and let it marinade for 10 minutes. Slice the jahe into thin strips. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the jahe golden brown and put in on a plate.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds on to of the meat. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat unti done. Add the fried jahe for a moment and put it on a plate and serve.
