fried coconut with peanuts

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
125 gr grated coconut
1 clove garlic
1 shallot
6 cm laos (galangal)
2 theel ketumbar (coriander)
1 tsp trassi (shrimp paste)
1/2 tbsp jinten (cumin)
1 red rawit (small chili)
1/2 tbsp grated palmsugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp asem (tamarinde)
1 tbsp water
50 gr peanuts
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the shallot and the garlic fine. Pound or grind the laos, the ketumbar, the trassi, the jinten the rawit and the salt into a paste. Mix the asem with the water. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallot and the garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the paste and fry it for 1 minute. Add the asemwater and the palmsugar and fry it dry. Add the coconut and fry it golden brown. Let it cool down and mix in the peanuts.
