Deep Fried Beef and Vegetables Wrap
Bahan-bahan Dough
Ingredients:
450 gr flour
3 tbs. oil
160 cc water
salt to taste
Bahan-bahan Filling
Ingredients:
8 tbs. oil
5 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
700 gr minced beef
2 shallots, minced
1 onion, halved and sliced
2 tbs. chopped Chinese celery leaves
1 tbs. curry powder
4 eggs
1 green chili pepper, finely sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Cara membuat:
Instructions:
Mix the ingredients for the dough together and knead into an oily elastic dough. Let it rest for 2 hours. Divide it into 4 balls and roll it out in a large thin circle.
Heat the oil in a wok and fry the shallots, the garlic and the onion for 2 minutes and the add the beef and stir fry it with the celery, the curry, the chili fot 5 minutes.
Split it among for bowls and add a egg, the salt and peper and mix it well. Heat 2 tbs oil in a frying pan and put in the dough and full the center with the filling. Spread the filling slightly an fold the sides as an envelope and bake it golden brown on both sides. Repeat this
