Pangsit Kakap Berguling
Fish-filled dumplings
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
150 gr snapper
5 cloves of garlic
100 gr mushrooms
100 gr of tauge / bean sprouts
1 spring onion
3/4 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
22 pangsit / wonton sheets
1 egg, beaten
oil
Cara Membuat:

Chop the garlic, mushrooms and snapper. Cut the spring onion into thin slices. Heat in a pan 1 tablespoon oil and fry the garlic for 10 seconds. Then add the mushrooms, the snapper, the bean sprouts, the spring onion, the fish sauce, the pepper and the salt and cook until done. Allow the mixture to cool.
Take a pansit sheet and shed some of the mixture on it. Fold the sheet as a small bag and close the edges with the beaten egg. Repeat until all sheets and mixture are used.
Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the pangsit golden brown. Then drain on kitchen paper.
Serve wit sambal cocol (see recipe)
