蓑衣黄瓜 - Spicy cucumber salad

Ingredients:
1 cucumber
2 tsp salt
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
4 cloves of garlic
2 red rawits
1 tsp of Sichuan peppercorns
2 tsp water
1 tbsp peanut oil

Preparation:
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and sprinkle with salt and allow to rest for 90 minutes. Then gently squeeze out the liquid. Chop the garlic and rawits fine. Add the garlic, vinegar, sesame oil and water to the cucumbers and mix well.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the rawits and the peppercorns for 2 minutes and pour over the cucumber.
