pecel chicken and coconut

5 cloves garlic

3 kemirie nuts, toasted

200 gr grated coconut
1 tsp lemon juice

Bumbu urap:
2 red chilies
5 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tsp shrimp paste
1 cm kencur
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Marinate the chicken with the asemwater, the salt and the paste and let it rest for at least 20 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until brown and tender. Remove the meat from the pan and cut it into pieces.
Pound or grind the urap bumbu coarse. Steam the coconut until cooked and mix in the paste and lime juice. Spoon in the chicken and serve with rice.
