Krengsengan Ayam
Spicy chicken stew

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1/2 chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp trassi
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp of palm sugar
6 red rawits
400 ml of water

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cm jahe
3 kemiri/candlenuts

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the chicken into 12 pieces.
Heat in a pan the water together with the bumbu, salt, trassi, kecap, palm sugar and rawits and mix well. Add the chicken and stir until the chicken changes color.
Slowly simmer until the chicken is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
