Opor Sayur Ayam Cingcang (Bengkulu)
Stewed chicken with vegetables


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 g chicken fillet
100 g carrot
75 g green beans
3 salam leaves
3 cm lengkuas/laos
1 serai/sereh/lemongrass
400 ml coconut milk
200 ml thick coconut milk (kental)
1/2 tbsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp salt
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ketumbar, roasted
1/2 tsp jinten
1/2 tsp pepper
5 kemiri nuts
3 cm jahe

Taburan:
garnish:
2 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Chop the meat finely. Cut the carrot julienne. Cut the green beans into 2 cm pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam, lengkuas and serai for 5 minutes. Then add the meat and fry until it changes colour. Then add the carrot and coconut milk and bring to the boil.
Then add the salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the green beans and the thick coconut milk and cook until done. Sprinkle the bawang goreng over it and serve.
