Ayam Adas
chicken with a mild anise flavor
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
750 gr chicken
1 fennel, chopped
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
200 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan;
bumbu:
5 cm jahe (ginger)
1/2 tsp jinten (turmeric)
1 sereh (lemongrass)
1 red lombok
2 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into pieces and rub them in with the lemon juice. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the water along with the chopped fennel, the parsley and chicken. Leave to simmer gently continue until the chicken is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
