Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr beef
4 salam leaves
2 tbsp asam
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp palmsugar
500 ml of water
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
7 garlic cloves
1 lemongrass
6 cm jahe
6 cm galangal
1 tbsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
1 tsp kunyit
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix the paste with palm sugar, salt and asam and rub into the meat.
Heat a pan and add the meat with bumbu and salam and fry the meat pink. Add the water, mix and slowy cook the meat for two hours until done and almost dry.
