Semur Daging
stewed beef in creamy sauce


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 grams of beef
400 ml thick coconut milk (kental, from 1/4 coconut)
800 ml thin coconut milk (cair, from 1/4 coconut)
2 salam leaves
6 cm lengkuas/galangal
5 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp bawang goreng
1/2 tbsp palm sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp bawang goreng
2 tomatoes
1 tsp pepper
1/2 nutmeg

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam and galangal for 3 minutes. Then add the meat and mix well. Then add the thin coconut milk, salt, palm sugar and kecap and mix well.
Then add the thick coconut milk and cook, while stirring, until done. Sprinkle the bawang goreng over it and serve.
