Kerabu Daging
stewed spiced beef


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef
1500 ml water
5 shallots
4 red lomboks
100 gr grated coconut
250 ml thick coconut milk (kental)
1 lime, juice
1/2 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat, shallots and lomboks into thin slices. Roast the coconut dry in a pan and then pound or grind it finely.
Heat the water in a pan and cook the meat until half-done. Then add the shallots, lomboks and coconut and cook until everything is well mixed. Then add the coconut milk, salt and lime juice and cook it further on low heat until done.
