Udang kuah nanas
large shrimp/prawns with pineapple
Bahan-bahan:

1250 ml water
2 salam leaves
500 gr udang jerbung / tiger prawns
200 gr pineapple
2 tsp palm sugar
4 tsp salt
1 tbsp asemwater

bumbu:
3 red chilies
2 red rawits
6 shallots
3 cloves garlic
3 cm kunyit
2 cm laos
1/2 tsp shrimp paste

Clean the prawns and leave the tail. Cut the pineapple into 1cm cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the water and add the salam and the paste and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and pineapple and cook until done. Spoon in the salt, palm sugar and asemwater and let it stand for a while. Serve.
