Sambal Goreng Udang Kapri
fried Sambal of shrimp and peas
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr shrimps, peeled
50 gr peas
100 gr of small potatoes, cooked
2 salam leaves
2 cm laos
1 sereh / lemongrass
2 red lomboks
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp asam water (1/2 tablespoon of asam peeled in 2 tablespoons of water)
100 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 red lomboks
2 red rawits
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 kemiri/candlenuts
1/2 tsp trasi
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp palm sugar
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the lomboks into rings. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam, the laos, the sereh and the lomboks for 4 minutes. Add the shrimps and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the peas and the potatoes and mix well. Then add the salt, the palm sugar, the asam water and the coconut milk and cook it while stirring until done.
