steamed sweetened banana parcels


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 bunch pisang Ambon / Gros Michel bananas
1 coconut
100 gr flour
100 gr palm sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
2 pandan leaves
banana leaves
biteng

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Peel the bananas and then mash them. Grate the coconut. Mix all the ingredients well and form a homogeneous dough.
Cut the pandan into diagonally cut pieces. Take 2 tbsp of the dough each time and add pandan and fold it closed like a parcel. Secure it with the biteng and then steam it until done.
