Sasagon
sweet coconut cookies
Bahan-bahan:

300 gr coconut, grated
250 gr glutinous rice flour
175 gr palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
50 gr water
butter
Cara membuat:
preparation;
Roast the coconut dry in a pan until it is golden brown. Mix all the ingredients well and form a homogeneous batter. Divide the dough into 20 portions and flatten them to a thickness of 1 cm.
Grease a baking tray with the butter and place the sasagon on it. Then bake it in an oven at 180 gr for 25 minutes until they are cooked and golden brown. Serve.
