Kue banana

300 gr rice flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
150 g hunkwe (mungbean flour)
250 g sugar
1400 ml coconut milk
2 bananas
pandan leaf
banana leaves

Cara membuat:
Heat the coconut milk in a pan and add the rice flour, salt and vanilla. Boil until it begins to thicken. Stir in the sugar and let it cool a little. Then mix in the mungbean flour until it form a smooth dough.
Cut the pandan leaf into pieces and slice the bananas into pieces. Take a piece of banana leaf and place a piece of pandan leaf at the bottom. Then scoop 2 tablespoons of the dough on it and press a piece of banana in the dough. Fold the banana leaf so the dough keeps in and steam the packets until cooked.
